Helen brings 35 years commercial property experience to our Professional Services Team. She provides strategic rent review and lease renewal advice to numerous national and international clients. Expertise in Landlord and Tenant and past experience in commercial property management and investment,gives Helen a combination of versatile skills and a depth of understanding of the many issues that can arise in negotiations and dispute resolution. Representing, negotiating and advocating on behalf of clients is a key skill and she has extensive experience acting as an Expert Witness in Court and Arbitration. Helen is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Helen has many years of experience delivering professional valuation solutions to financial institutions, lenders, real estateinvestors, owners and occupiers throughout Ireland. She is a member and Registered Valuer of the RICS, an essential qualification for providing Red Book valuations.

Helen holds a B.A. in Economics and Politics (UCD). She currently serves as a voluntary SCSI member representative on the Standing Committee on Regulation and Standards. Helen is a mentor to APC candidates in our firm and is an APC Assessor panellist for RICS membership.

Helen joined Avison Young in 2013 and was previously a Partner with Douglas Newman Good Commercial Property (now Lambert Smith Hampton) and an Associate with North’s Property.
