Senior Surveyor - Valuations (Dublin)

Avison Young Ireland are seeking to recruit an experienced valuation surveyor to their expanding Professional Services team. The role involves working within a dynamic team to produce valuation reports, provide strategic valuation/consultancy advice and carry out valuations on a variety of property types countrywide.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experience in the commercial property sector
• SCSI/RICS qualified
• Practical experience of undertaking valuations and providing strategic advice
• Technically competent and organised with a good knowledge of the key issues influencing the commercial market
• Excellent verbal communication and good report writing skills
• Time management skills with the ability to achieve work goals within set timescales
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative and as a member of a team with a specific role
• Maintaining client relations and business development a core responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office packages of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Understanding of or willingness to be trained in Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer & KEL valuation packages
• A full valid driver’s license and use of own car is essential
