About Zlatina

Zlatina has over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential property management and is a Chartered Surveyor with RICS and SCSI. She holds a Diploma in Facilities and Property Management from DIT and an MSc in Real Estate from UCEM, Reading, UK.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Zlatina honed her expertise at Urban Capital, BNP Paribas Real Estate, and JLL. Through these roles, she developed a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of property asset classes, including residential, commercial (office and retail), mixed-use, and industrial sectors. This diverse background has enabled her to design and implement innovative, results-driven property management strategies. Zlatina excels in optimising operational efficiency and enhancing asset performance across varied real estate portfolios.
