About Owen

Owen is a surveyor who joined Avison Young in 2023. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Valuation and Management from Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), where he graduated in 2022.

Owen also has experience in real estate asset management and property management. Since joining the team, he has assisted and advised in the CPO (Compulsory Purchase Order) process contributing to several high-profile infrastructure projects. These include key projects such as motorways, bus corridors, flood relief initiatives, light rail systems, gas pipelines, ESB power lines, water and wastewater schemes.
