Gavin has more than 20 years’ experience working in the property market. He has worked across a broad range of areas providing professional advice and expertise in commercial valuations, compulsory purchase orders, rent reviews, rating, landlord and tenant and other property advisory and consultancy roles. More recently Gavin has specialised in commercial valuation work, providing ‘Red Book’ valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation and Professional Standards; and CPO, providing expert advice to both acquiring authorities and property owners affected by CPO’s/wayleaves, including appearing as an expert witness at arbitration when required.
