About Artem

Artem is a Divisional Director at Avison Young, specialising in Capital Markets. He has extensive experience advising clients on the disposal, acquisition, and asset management of investment properties.

Having started his career in valuations, Artem also has considerable experience in the valuation of various asset types, including offices, retail, industrial, residential, and development land. Artem is skilled in producing specialised valuation models, such as residual valuations, discounted cashflows, cost/benefit analyses, and detailed investment appraisals.

Artem holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin (TUD) and is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is also recognised as an RICS Registered Valuer.
